Your Job
We are looking for entrepreneurial recruiters that have a quality network of workers who can support us with craft worker candidates across Eastern Europe. (EU/EER or non-EU)
You will use your network, search and engage with candidates to apply to our vacancies that are in the Labour Match portal.
It is your choice how and in what country you will search for them. We know it is time consuming so it is also your choice how much time you want to invest.
What do we want:
- Recruiters with a quality network of craftworkers across Europe;
- Good communication skills;
- We ask to be accurate in working to us, and the future employees;
- English (spoken and written) ;
- Ukraine speaking, based in Ukraine;
- Selfstarter;
- Reliability and lots of energy;
